Results of the job fair for She Drives participants
As part of the She Drives project, an online job fair was held for future bus drivers who are starting their path to employment.

🚍 Future bus drivers are already at the start of a new stage - job search.
10 project participants are already working in the field of passenger transportation.
And for those who are still looking for a comfortable place to work, we organized an online job fair.
The event was attended by employers from different regions, including KLR Bus, Zeleny Slon 7, Khmelnytskyi Municipal Enterprise "Electrotrans", Lviv Municipal ATP 1 and Dniprotransservice Municipal Enterprise.
Employers shared:
– current vacancies and working conditions;
– features of the work of female drivers in different cities;
– prospects for career growth.
The participants directly communicated with company representatives, asked questions and received important information firsthand. Thank you to everyone who participated!
And special thanks to employers who support women and open up new opportunities for them in the field of passenger transportation 💪
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
