Professional training of drivers for driving heavy vehicles weighing more than 7.5 tons
The profession of a truck driver of category "C" is one of the most stable and sought-after in the field of logistics. Drivers of this category ensure the transportation of goods and materials, supporting the work of enterprises, shops and construction sites.
Category "C" gives the right to drive a truck weighing from 7.5 tons (without a trailer). This opens up opportunities for work in both urban and intercity transportation, including on modern European trucks.
Studying traffic rules at a partner driving school in the cities designated by the project. Taking a theoretical exam in service center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
Practicing driving skills with an instructor. This stage takes place at a partner driving school in the cities designated by the project.
Passing a practical exam at the Ministry of Internal Affairs service center and obtaining a category "C" driver's license.
The top 20 participants will receive free training to confirm the professional competence of drivers for passenger transportation (Code 95). This stage involves training at a partner driving school in Kyiv: theoretical online training, practical offline training, and passing an internal exam.
Career consultations on developing communication skills and general abilities that will help you successfully pass an interview, get a job, and adapt to a new workplace.
As part of the project, participants will have the opportunity to go behind the scenes of the work of a category "C" truck driver at partner employers.
After successfully completing the training and receiving the "C" category, each participant is guaranteed a job as a truck driver for any relevant vacancy. The project team helps find a job, prepare a resume, and establish contact with carriers so that the participant can start working officially, safely, and with comfortable working conditions.

Category "C" drivers are constantly needed in logistics companies, enterprises engaged in distribution, import, and export.
The average salary of female truck drivers significantly exceeds the average wage level with the possibility of growth depending on the transportation directions.
Project partners are interested in employing graduates, guaranteeing official registration, a stable salary, and safe working conditions.
Participants in this direction will be able to receive free training in certain regions of the project to obtain the "C1" category, which gives the right to drive trucks weighing from 3.5 to 7.5 tons. The list of regions where this opportunity will be available will be announced later.
