Employment workshop for She Drives participants
A practical interview preparation workshop was held for participants of the She Drives project to help them confidently take the next step towards employment.

Preparing for an interview is a key step on the way to your dream job.
We held a workshop dedicated to employment to help She Drives participants take this step as confidently and effectively as possible.
The participants received:
✅ practical tips on preparing for an interview;
✅ recommendations on how to present yourself to an employer;
✅ insights into how the labor market works in the field of passenger transportation;
✅ where to look for a job and how not to get lost.
An interview is an opportunity to show your motivation, knowledge and desire to work. After all, even the best driving skills must be complemented by confidence in communicating with the employer.
We helped the participants build just such confidence.
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
