Applications for the She Drives project have been accepted.

The number of questionnaires received shows that the profession of a bus driver is becoming increasingly popular among women, and also demonstrates a high level of interest.
236 candidates expressed a desire to become a bus driver.
The most active were women from Dnipropetrovsk region – 58 applications (24.58%), Lviv region – 51 applications (21.61%) and Kyiv region – 35 applications (14.83%) and the city of Kyiv – 18 applications (7.63%).
The largest number of people willing to study was found in Lviv, Kyiv and Dnipro.
Most of the participants are skilled drivers with extensive practical experience.
93.64% of women received a category "B" driver's license and 90.25% have more than three years of driving experience. Also, 91.95% of candidates know how to drive cars with manual transmission, 6.36% with automatic transmission, and 1.69% have universal skills.
Our women are ready not only for new professional opportunities, but also for the challenges that lie ahead.
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
