This meeting became a platform for discussing key issues of training and employment.
The participants were able to communicate directly with the She Drives project team and representatives of the local utility company, ask important questions, and share their expectations.
Anna Fedorenko, She Drives project manager:
💬 “Meetings with our participants are an important moment when we not only give them new knowledge and opportunities, but also hear their thoughts and needs. We see how important it is not just to give them the opportunity to get a new profession, but also to create a community where they are heard and supported.”
The participants shared their stories, told what motivated them to choose this profession, and what challenges they are overcoming on the way to their goal.
It was a productive and inspiring meeting that helped reaffirm the importance of this project for each of its participants 🚍💪
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
