Anna Fedorenko, She Drives project manager:
💬 “Meetings with our participants are an important moment when we not only give them new knowledge and opportunities, but also hear their thoughts and needs. We see how important it is not just to give them the opportunity to get a new profession, but also to create a community where they are heard and supported.”
The participants shared their stories, told what motivated them to choose this profession, and what challenges they are overcoming on the way to their goal.
It was a productive and inspiring meeting that helped reaffirm the importance of this project for each of its participants 🚍💪
