The first steps of the participants of the She Drives project on the way to the profession of bus driver
We held an introductory information session for participants of the She Drives project who are preparing to begin training to obtain category "D".

👩🏻🔧 We held an introductory information session for participants of the She Drives project.
Participants who are preparing to start theoretical training to obtain category "D" got acquainted with the training plan and next steps.
🔹Training will last from December 2024 to March 2025.
🔹Passing theoretical and practical exams and obtaining a new category "D" driver's license will last from March to April 2025.
🔹To prepare for employment, participants will receive excursions to employers, road safety training, assistance in writing resumes, and preparation for interviews.
🔹Opportunity to receive Code 95 after an internal competition.
🔹Psychological support from the project psychologist.
🔜 The next stage of the project is the completion of preparatory processes and the transition to theoretical training, which starts in mid-December.
The participants of the She Drives project are set for an exciting journey to a new profession, and we believe in their success!
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
