Training for Lviv Municipal ATP 1
As part of the She Drives project, we conducted training on respecting women's rights in the workplace for a pilot utility company.

✅ Lviv Municipal ATP 1 is among the first enterprises to implement the principles of gender equality and social inclusion in the transport industry.
This is an example of how a modern enterprise can meet the challenges of the time, work for the benefit of the community and build a future where everyone has equal rights and opportunities.
The She Drives team visited the enterprise to conduct training on adhering to the principles of gender equality and social inclusion in the work of transport enterprises.
Such an initiative is aimed at creating a comfortable working environment that will promote the professional development of each employee.
💬 “This training helped not only to understand the importance of gender equality, but also to gain practical knowledge that can be used every day. This makes our enterprise more modern and comfortable for everyone,” shared one of the training participants.
Diversity among employees paves the way for new promising partnerships and a high level of passenger service.
Satisfied employees are the key to increasing the efficiency and profits of the enterprise.
At the training, employees learned:
✔️ how to avoid stereotypes in work and communication with colleagues;
✔️ how to create an inclusive environment for new employees;
✔️ how to ensure respect for women's rights in the team.
This knowledge will help make the professional start of female drivers after training in the project comfortable, provide support to the team and guarantee equal opportunities for professional development.
This training is part of comprehensive monitoring at three pilot enterprises of the She Drives project. Similar thematic events have already been held at the Poltavaelectroavtotrans enterprise in Poltava and the Misky trolleybus enterprise in Kryvyi Rih.

The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
