Training for the municipal enterprise "Miskyi troleibus"
As part of the She Drives project, we conducted training on respecting women's rights in the workplace for a pilot utility company.

Municipal transport enterprises on the path to change.
We conducted a training on gender equality and social inclusion for the municipal enterprise "Miskyi troleibus"
This is part of a comprehensive monitoring of women's rights at three pilot enterprises that employ She Drives project participants after graduation.
What was discussed at the training?
▪️How team diversity increases productivity and contributes to making quality decisions.
▪️Why it is important to create a work environment where everyone can realize their potential.
▪️How maintaining a balance between work and personal life contributes to better task performance and overall well-being.
▪️Why equal pay for equal work for men and women is the basis of justice.
▪️How to create a safe environment for all employees.
The training was an important step in creating a new corporate culture at She Drives pilot enterprises.
These companies not only broaden the horizons of their teams, but also create comfortable conditions for their new members.
This means that each driver will receive:
✔️ a safe environment where she will feel confident;
✔️ clear work rules that exclude bias;
✔️ a favorable microclimate in the team, which ensures trust and support.
Municipal companies are changing, and their efforts are becoming an example for others!
Together we will create a society where every voice is important, and every person has equal opportunities and rights.
