Visit to the municipal enterprise "Electrotrans" in Khmelnytskyi
She Drives continues to introduce future female drivers to potential employers in various project regions.

This time, the project team, with the support of the Ministry of Development, organized a visit to the municipal enterprise "Electrotrans" in Khmelnytskyi.
This enterprise not only provides transportation for 50,000 passengers daily, but also demonstrates an example of a socially responsible approach to employment.
🚦Khmelnytskyi municipal enterprise "Electrotrans" is one of the first in Ukraine to officially create the position of a gender commissioner. This indicates openness to change, support for equal opportunities and readiness to employ women in stereotypically "male" professions.
During the visit, our participants:
➡️ got acquainted in detail with the work of the enterprise;
➡️ looked at the bus fleet;
➡️ learned about working conditions and requirements for candidates;
➡️ received answers to all questions.
Such meetings are an important stage on the way to a new profession. They help future drivers better understand the specifics of the work, assess their capabilities and take a confident step towards changes in their lives.
🤝 We are grateful to the Khmelnytskyi Municipal Enterprise "Electrotrans" for their openness and the tour behind the scenes of the enterprise.
The project "Expanding the professional potential of women in the field of transportation" is being implemented by the NGO Foundation for Institutional Development on the initiative of the Ministry for Development of Communities and Territories of Ukraine, in partnership with UN Women and under the financial support from the governments of France, Poland and Sweden.
